Clamato® Ceviche!

Shrimp, onion, cucumber, corn and Clamato combine for a delicious ceviche.


  2 lbs Cooked Shrimp

  1 Onion

  1 Cucumber

  1 cup Corn

  2 Limes

  1/2 cup Clamato® Tomato Cocktail Picante

Combine 2 pounds of cooked shrimp, sliced onions and cucumber, corn, and chopped cilantro. Add the juice of 2 limes and 1/2 cup of Clamato® Tomato Cocktail Picante.

Mix well and chill for 30 minutes.
