Ham Chops & Scalloped Potatoes

This dinner of ham chops, potatoes and cheese topping is sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cook's ® Everyday Cuts ® Ham Chops

  4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes

  1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

  2 Tbs finely chopped red onion

  1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

  1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Combine hash-browns, soup and onion in greased 9x9x2-inch baking dish.

2. Sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese. Arrange ham chops on top of cheese in a single layer.

3. Cover and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle Swiss cheese over chops. Return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
